Air Travel
There are two airports that serve the Eua Claire area: Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and
The Chippewa Valley Regional Airport (EAU).
- MSP: (93.2 miles from campus)
The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport offers several daily flights on various airlines from
cities across the United States and abroad. It serves as the home base for local carrier Sun Country
Airlines and Delta Airlines' second largest hub. MSP, which is only 90 miles from Eau Claire provides
nonstop service to 163 markets, including 136 domestic and 27 foreign markets.

- EAU: (7 miles from campus)
The Chippewa Valley Regional Airport has three roundtrip flights per week are operated by Sun
Country Airlines to MSP, where travelers can connect to additional Sun Country Airlines flights.

Ground Transportation
- Both the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and the Chippewa Valley Regional Airport have
car rental services on-site.
- Flying individuals can make shuttle reservations through the current Groome Transportation Service.
As a nationwide corporation, this one has the resources to expand capacity if necessary.

- The City of Eau Claire provides transit services to and from the campus.

The conference will be held at Davies Student Center which is on Lower Campus.
It is mostly served by Route 9. This bus service has stops close to the Lismore Hotel.

(if guests select option "1", they will be directed our Hilton Central Reservations Call center -
they can book the room for the guest, but they cannot troubleshoot and often times give guests inaccurate information).
Guests should reference the Group Code (EIT) when calling to book their room, that is the easiest
way our Front Desk staff can find the room block.
PLEASE NOTE: When booking online please check the "Accessible Rooms" box to see all of the rooms in your block.
There are handicap accessible rooms in the block and those will not show up if you do not check the box.
