Parking Information
Everyone who parks on campus will need a permit. A parking permit
is associated with a vehicle's license plate number. Parking for
EIT 2024 attendees is free ONLY if you follow these steps below.
- Use the following Google Form to provide your full name and a valid email address.

- The parking office will use your email address and send you a web
link to claim a parking permit. The link will take you to a form
where you can fill in your vehicle information, as required by
UWEC Parking. Links cannot be shared. If you are using a rental
vehicle, we recommend you complete the form as soon as you know
your car make, model, and license plate number to avoid any
processing delays. In case the link provided is not working,
please call the UWEC Welcome Center (M-F, 8 am to 4 pm) at
715-836-3000 or 715-836-2002.
- The HSS and Water St. lots as shown in the map are designated for
EIT 2024 attendees. You can only park in F or S stalls of these lots.
Parking in W stalls is not allowed and may result in a parking ticket.
- To reach the conference venue (WR Davies Center) from either parking
lot you can walk across the UWEC footbridge from the
HSS / Water St. parking lots directly to the WR Davies
Center as shown in the map below. The walking paths are
highlighted on the map below.
